Background/experience in real estate transaction coordination is a plus.
• Manage all administrative tasks related to real estate transaction.
• Ensuring all necessary documents are complete and duly signed.
• Coordinating communications between all parties involved (buyer, seller, agents, lenders and other coordinators)
• Organizing all files/documents involved in the transaction.
• Track and follow up on tasks needed in meeting deadlines.
• Contact involved parties via phone call, text or email when needed.
• Review all documents submitted ensuring quality and compliance.
• Update CRM and other transaction management system
