• Proven experience in lead management, sales coordination, or a similar role in real estate.
• Excellent English communication and team management skills.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
• Knowledgeable in MS applications.
• Knowledge of real estate markets, processes, and industry trends is a plus.
• The Lead Manager will play a pivotal role in evaluating and prioritizing real estate prospects/leads to determine their potential value and viability for investment. This role also involves managing the team’s tasks, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals, and continuously optimizing internal processes to enhance productivity and outcomes.
Lead Management & Evaluation:
• Review incoming leads and assess their potential profitability.
• Determine which prospects are worth pursuing based on company criteria.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to develop strategies for high-priority leads.
• Task Prioritization & Team Coordination:
• Assign tasks to team members based on lead urgency and priority.
• Monitor task progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide guidance and feedback to the team to ensure alignment with goals.
Process Improvement:
• Analyze current internal processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement efficient workflows to enhance team performance.
• Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed.
Reporting & Metrics:
• Track lead conversion rates and team performance metrics.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on progress and outcomes.
• Use data insights to refine lead strategies and operational processes.
