What you need to succeed
• Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree; must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
• Proven cold calling experience, preferably in research, sales, or customer service roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Outgoing and engaging personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Active listening abilities to understand and respond to all concerns.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Previous experience in research, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
• Knowledgeable in MS applications.
• Has experience managing CRM (i.e. Mojo, Follow-up Boss, Salesforce, Hubspot).
• MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE WORK EXPERIENCE.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• The Caller is responsible for answering inbound calls & making outbound calls.
• The Caller is expected to maximize the potential from each call with an excellent telephone manner and upbeat outlook.
• The Caller should aim to convert the calls to qualified appointments.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
• Cold calling homeowners
• Data Research and CRM Management
• Additional task as required
